Wood-Fired Pizza Napoletana

Pizza Napoletana (or Neapolitan Pizza) originated in Naples, Italy. It is based on simple and fresh ingredients using dough, crushed tomatoes, olive oil, and fresh mozzarella. The pizza is baked from 60-90 seconds in a 900°F stone oven heated with a wood fire. The crust is thin and soft in the middle with a thick outer bubbly crust. Because of this, the diameter is limited to about 8-10 inches. Our chefs have created many variants using an assortment of vegetables and meats. We can even do dessert pizza!

Our Story


StoneFire Pizza Napoletana is a dream between lifelong friends Mimino "Mino" Luciani and Giuseppe "Joe" Ventriglia. Having lived and travels in Italy, both have years of experience in the art of Neapolitan style wood-fired pizza and had the desire to bring this experience to public and private events. Mino, together with his wife, Doreen, daughters, and chef Domenic work hard to be the best mobile wood-fired pizza truck around.

Giuseppe "Joe" Ventriglia

Co-Owner

Joe is a founder and co-owner of StoneFire Pizza Napoletana. He and his lifelong friend Mino have had the dream of bringing authentic Napoletana style wood fired pizza to people to enjoy.

 

Mimino "Mino" Luciani

Co-Owner

Mino is a founder and co-owner of StoneFire Pizza Napoletana. Together with his wife Doreen, bring the art of cooking with wood-fired ovens to public and private events in the area.

 

DomeniC Amoroso

Chef

Chef Domenic has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years and specializes in Italian Cuisine. He has hosted many events and routinely gives classes on wood-fired cooking.
